Ordinance No. 127/13 of Director of the Warsaw University of Technology Business School from June 26th, 2013 on scholarships for International MBA students from Central and Eastern Europe § 1 On account of the WUT Rector’s acceptance of the proposal put forward by the Business School Director (acceptance granted June 11th, 2013) there will be awarded 3 (three) scholarships in the amount of 25% of the tuition fee to the best candidates from Central and Eastern Europe enrolled in the postgraduate studies of International Master of Business Administration (IMBA), organized at the Warsaw University of Technology Business School (Business School) in the academic year of 2013/14. § 2 In order to apply for the scholarship the candidates must meet all the following requirements: 1. successfully complete the IMBA recruitment process (according to the Business School recruitment regulations) 2. be a national of one of the countries listed below: Albania, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Montenegro, Czech Republic, Estonia, Lithuania, Latvia, Macedonia, Moldova, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Ukraine, Hungary A proof of identity shall be requested to confirm the citizenship. 3. confirm being acquainted with the Ordinance by signing a declaration form (a specimen declaration form available at the School Office). § 3 1. The scholarships stated in §1 will be awarded to three persons who meet the requirements listed in §2 and who will rank highest in the recruitment process, according to the IMBA recruitment regulations. 2. The decision on awarding the scholarships will be taken after the termination of the IMBA recruitment process, i.e. no later than September 23rd, 2013. 3. If two of the candidates receive the same result in the recruitment process, the preference shall be given to the candidate of Polish origin, according to the definition stated in the paragraph below. 4. A person of Polish origin is a person whose at least one of the family members among parents or grandparents is or was of Polish nationality (stated upon the candidate’s declaration submitted in a written form, according to a specimen form available at the School Office). § 4 1. If there are fewer than three candidates who meet the requirements listed in §2, the number of scholarships will be adequately reduced. 2. The Business School reserves the right not to launch the IMBA 2013/14 programme if the number of candidates will be smaller than 25 until September 15th, 2013. 3.
