Organized Stalking and Electronic Harassment Covert harassment and torture is a phenomenon which has been going on for decades, the goal being to discredit, disrupt, disable, and ultimately kill the victim. C.I.A., F.B.I., N.S.A., military, local police departments, neighborhood watch groups, and large corporations are often the perpetrators of these crimes. They attack innocents and those incapable of defending themselves while attempting to maintain the impossibility of legal redress. The roots of these government funded programs were first exposed by Freedom of Information Act requests in 1977 when MKULTRA and COINTELPRO were first made public. While the government made admission to these unconstitutional programs and human rights violations no efforts were made to actuallyend them; likewise, the technology used to perpetrate these crimes has advanced although the methodology has remained much the same. The victim may experience stalking, work place mobbing, gas lighting, drugging, invasion and destruction of property. Some may experience what has been termed electronic harassment, as well. Computers and cellular phones may be hacked, they may experience muscle spasms, abnormal heating of the body, headaches, odd pains, itching, sleep deprivation, high pitched ringing in the ears, and possibly may even begin to hear voices and experience induced visual stimulation – in short, a near complete hijacking of the nervous system of the victim. All these techniques are meant to discredit and cause the victim to appear insane to anyone they may report these crimes to. The frequency of the occurrence of this harassment increases over time and eventually the torment of the victim becomes ongoing, 24/7. The use of this technology is widespread throughout the population; most victims are just simply unaware of the symptoms. So far this criminal activity has gone mostly ignored by government and mainstream media, and while it may sound like science fiction to uninformed persons, if it did not exist – why are there published patents of this technology and laws unfortunately as of yet unenforced against their use – and furthermore, why are there so many alleged victims making their complaints known, in the absence of legal action, all over the internet? As was the case with MKULTRA and various other still classified top secret government mind control programs, the perpetrators may not only be harming the victims, but encouraging the victims to harm others. Once again, the U.S. government is murdering our own citizens by proxy. You may think this could never affect you, but you likely may have already seen this in the news coverage of recent false flag attacks. The knowledge of the threat to our freedoms and well being becomes obvious once the true nature of these incidents is realized. If you are approached and asked to participate in stalking or the harassment of anyone, do not cooperate, even if the request is coming from individuals claiming to be federal or local law enforcement agents – this is a federal crime.
