Must have their own hand tools. #Strip Damage and Refit New Parts #Mix and Apply Fillers followed by Drying using a Heat Gun. #Clean and Mask for Primer #Flatting Primer Hand Tools required: Tork Screw Set, Allen Key Set, Screw Driver Set, Heat Gun, Ratchet and Sockets. Level 2 Certified to earn £50 per day. Must have their own hand tools. #Using a pin puller, hammer and dolly, Heat Gun and Soldering Pen to get the panels ready for the fillers. #Using p180 on a D.A. sander to prepare the surface for primer and applying acrylic stopper where required. #Cleaning the spray guns thoroughly after use. #Cleaning and degreasing panels and masking for final paint application. Hand Tools required: Pin Puller, Hammer, Dollies, D.A. Sander and Rubbing Blocks. Level 3 Certified to earn £80 per day. Must have their own hand tools. All of the above is required to qualify and either the following: ORIGINAL BODYWORKS CERTIFIED BODYWORKER #Using a MIG and Dozer where required. #Using a measuring system and perfectly aligning panels. #Fast and Flawless Fillerwork Or ORIGINAL BODYWORKS CERTIFIED PAINTER #Mixing and Application of Primer to perfection everytime. #Mixing and Application of Base and Clear to perfection everytime. Perfection means no need to flat and polish.
