Originally written and released by Gene Autry in 1947, I cant help but get excited for the season when I hear ELVIS PRESLEY and his version of Here Comes Santa Claus (Down Santa Claus Lane). Riding back in the Dodge Dart Swinger, with the heater not working and my hand held cassette player from Montgomery Wards, playing that little cassette over and over and always singing in my best Elvis impersonation when this song came on.
