Orion is beside from being our beloved constellation also the name of NASA’s new spacecraft, built to take humans farther into space than they’ve ever gone before. Orions December 2014 flight is a critical step on the Journey to Mars, for which it will carry the crew to space, provide emergency abort capability, sustain the crew and provide a safe return to Earth.
