Approx 2lb White Loaf (Homemade – not made by breadmaker) 4. A Battenberg Cake 5. A Family Cheesecake - Any Flavour (Taste & Decoration) 6. A Decorated Rubber Boot 7. SAYFC 75th Anniversary Flower Arrangement Boys – A Wooden Article CLUB ENTRY Theme: “Around The Farm” - All items must be placed on the Club Entry table 1. 4 Rock Buns 2. Ginger Beer 3. Family Size Quiche 4. Farm-Themed Cake (Decoration Only) 5. Farm Scene By Any Medium (excluding photography) 6. Further Article The hall will be open on the Friday night 7.30pm – 9pm for flower arranging. The hall will then be open on the Saturday morning from 8am. ALL ENTRIES MUST BE IN NO LATER THAN 9.30AM NO ENTRIES TO BE REMOVED FROM HALL BEFORE 4.30PM All members must provide an envelope clearly marked with Jnr, Snr or Boys and entry on the outside. Inside must contain members name, age and club. Entries with no envelope will be disqualified from competition. Custard cream 6oz flour 6oz margarine or butter 2oz custard powder 2oz icing sugar pinch salt essence Oven temperature Gas mark 4 or 180’c Cream fat and sugar, mix flour and custard powder, and add salt. Work flour into creamed fat and sugar. Add essence, roll into small balls and place on greases tray. Flatten gently with fork. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Cool then join with butter icing.
