We have learned from friends and colleagues with first hand knowledge of the issue that the judge was killed due to personal conflict. The confusion came because he was in fact killed by police officer. However, the officer was motivated not by politics but an old personal vendetta and feud ( both the judge and the officer were born in the same locality of Yaya Gulale hence history of personal and family animosity ).
