Osafo Marfo as a minister of finance signed a document without reading it with the excuse that the document was written in German. At a point in time, he went he went to a hair dressing salon belonging to a woman believed to be his girlfriend and obtain a loan at a very high interest whilest a lot of reputable organisations and countries could have borrowed that money at a low interest rate. The result was he was changed from that position and subsequently relieved off all ministerial appointments....... Just recently, he wore the outfit of Mr. best economics student accusing the government of incompetence..... The kettle calling the pot black.......
