Oscar Pistorius sent Katie Price private messages on Twitter during his trial for the killing of his girlfriend, the model and businesswoman claims. The Paralympian allegedly thanked Price for the support after she wrote a column saying she would not judge him after he shot dead Reeva Steenkamp. Pistorius, 27, is then said to have followed Price on Twitter and started sending her direct messages around a month later as his case was ongoing. He was direct messaging me during the case, she told the Mirror. It’s weird, isn’t it? He was saying, ‘Thanks for the support,’ and stuff. Just all general chit-chat. He was the first one to message me.  Twitter messages: Katie Price Because I mentioned him in my column, he was referencing that. I wasn’t exactly supporting him, but everyone who goes through a trial will be the only one who knows what really happened. You’re innocent until you’re proven guilty.” Pistorius was found guilty of his model girlfriends manslaughter in September. He was last week jailed for five years, but could be free in just 10 months
