Oscar is looking for the Purrfect family. After being abandoned with no food and water for over a week, this adorable kitty is hoping to find a family that will take good care of him. He was just released from being hospitalized for the liver damage he suffered from the lack of water and nutrients. He has recovered medically, but still needs an owner that will spend the time to work on weight management and keep him healthy. Oscar was part of our medical program and funds are being raised for his hospitalization cost by the Noble Friends Foundation for OC Animal Care.
