Other News.... The Lanthorn Summer Fun Day takes place this Saturday 17th August from 11.00am till 1.30pm. We will be there - (Look out for the t-shirts!). At our stall you will have a chance for furry bug making. This promises, as usual, to be a fun day for all families! Come along and support this event Other News.... Enrolment night for the 1st Livingston Girls’ Brigade Company is Wednesday 28th August, 7-8pm at the Lanthorn. Girls from Primary 1 upwards are welcome Enrolment night for the 5th Livingston Boys’ Brigade Company is Thursday 29th August 2013 from 7-8pm in the Lanthorn Main Hall. Boys from P1 upwards are welcome to join (Boys in P1 must be age 5 before they can start) A Boy must still enrol even if he has previously attended Boys’ Brigade. Contact [email protected] for more details or find them on Facebook Livingston South Community Church is holding a Flower Festival in the Lanthorn Main Hall on Saturday 28th (10.00-12noon) and Sunday29th September (11.00-1.00). This is not a fund raiser but it is to raise our profile in the community. Invitations are now out to user groups. If you wish to contribute your own display, let Jane Crain know and you will receive more information about the event. Remember we will also need people to come along to see the displays The next Messy Church will take place on Sunday 1st September 4-6pm at Mosswood Community Centre, Knightsridge.
