Other than the not-so-respectful tenor of this piece, it pretty much sums up where we are with ObamaCare. The law has been so gutted by Obamas modifications (over 30 at last count) it is now only a shell of its former self. The law is next to meaningless....all because it is 1) unworkable, 2) no Democrat (other than Pelosi) can run on its implementation and expect to win in November, and 3) the voters hate it (or did I just mention that?)
