Others are watching your attitude of worship. They are seeing how you respond to life’s struggles and disappointments. Do they see you worship, offer praise even when you are suffering? Do they see a God that is worthy of worship – no matter your circumstance? Sometimes, we put our life on hold until the storm passes, but it is in the midst of the storm when we press in the most. It is when the winds howl and the waters rage when our worship is most profound. When we choose to say, “Not my will, but yours, oh, Lord!” The church grows when it’s being persecuted. So do you. There is a sanctuary between cold walls, beatings, within the adversities and tribulations of this life – there is a sanctuary and no one can take that away from you.
