Ottamantharam by Vinod Mankara is releasing today on childrens day, November 14th.This film is based on the true story of a 13 year old girl. Like any other girl she was also enjoying the last lap of her childhood. She was an intelligent girl and was good in her studies. But life had something else in store for her. The talented actress Bhama is portraying the uncoventional role of a14 year old mother, Kala and the versatile actor Nandhu is teaming up as her brother in law who later marries her. I have also got to be an integral part of this film as Kalas sister, Neela whose decisions drive the plot of the film. Director Vinod Mankara and the script writer, Ajayan Muthana have single-handedly worked very hard to complete this wonderful film.I hope you all shall enjoying watching this film as much as we enjoyed making it. This film is dedicated to all children especially female children across the world who have been snached of their childhood. Wish you all a happy and meaningful childrens day!
