Ouch ouch ouch!! I had on a pair of slipper socks this morning, when my oxygen tube got caught on a leg. I went to turn around to loosen it when I inadvertently stepped on the toe of the sock that was about an inch past my toes. It through me off balance. I felt my back twist as I was trying to keep from falling again. Thank goodness we had the front door open and it broke my fall,but my SI joint that was stabalized has been killing me all day. I am trying to wait it out, but Werner said if by the time we get ready for bed if it is still as bad I am going to the ER so they can xray and CT Scan it. I dont want to go. But want to make sure I havent pulled the pins out of the SI joint.
