Our 3rd HOLIDAY ESSENTIAL OIL RECIPE FRANKINCENSE & MYRRH 5 drops FRANKINCENSE(I like my Egyptian for this rather than the Indian) 5 drops MYRRH 5 drops CEDARWOOD 5-10 drops of ORANGE This scent is rich, exotic, and spiritual. The temples and churches have used Frankincense and Myrrh for centuries to set the mind and heart for worship/meditation/prayer. Add to 2 oz spray bottle or your diffuser or in a pot of water and put on stove very low. The picture shows the Frankincense and Myrrh in its resin form(both oils come from the resin that is tapped out of the bark. This does not kill or damage the tree. The resin form is burnt to create the incense form; used by the temples and churches historically until now.
