Our Appeal to UFBU Leadership We never doubt the capability of UFBU Leadership rather we are proud of their wisdom and militancy. Keeping in view the sentiments of masses we urge upon our UFBU leadership that a call for “INDEFINITE STRIKE” may be given in view of fact that our wage revision is due since long period and the IBA/Govt. is not serious to redress our demand. Enough is enough and now the time is to test the strength of our unity as well of the Govt. We have always been working round the clock as slaves to fulfill the political motive of the Govt. Presently, PMJDY is the top priority. Now we should not wait. This is the demand of general member now and every employee of the bank has been fed up because of no result / outcomes of the meetings with IBA. Every time it is said that some top Govt official is meeting IBA / UFBU but no result. The IBA is stand still on 11%. We don’t want 11% we want to test the strength of our membership in the banking industry. Let us forget wage revision and fight for the common cause of badly suffering banking industry employees. Let our leadership to be ready to face any action. Hope our sentiments which are from the core of our heart and is the sentiment of masses, will be taken care and this one day strike will be converted into ‘INDEFINITE STRIKE’ in the Banking Industry.
