Our Battle Against Sin: When you become a believer, Satan tries to use people around you to get you back into his dominion. He will use your spouse, children, relatives, friends and work colleagues to act against you. In your eyes you see them as men but behind them is a deadly enemy who motivates them and give them the urge to act negatively against you. Remember, he used the serpent to tempt Adam & Eve. He wanted to use Peter to tempt Jesus and Jesus quickly rebuked him and said. Get behind me Satan. (Matt 16;23). He is using the same strategy on us so please beware. This is where you need to stand strong and respond as a believer otherwise once you fail, he will keep on bringing the same thing over and over again until you get discouraged and quit. If you overcome, he looks for another evil you like to you to attack you so it goes on and on. When you are attacked, please dont be quick to act. Recognize the enemy behind the one standing in front of you and attack him instead.This why it is so important to read the bible, know how Jesus responded to his enemies and do likewise. ( Phil. 2:5) Friends, we are to become like Christ in every way! The good news is, the one who helped Jesus to finish is in us as well, so we can overcome!
