Our Beachbody Team is on Day 2 of Chalene Johnsons PiYo. Today we did Define: Lower Body which was 30 mins long. I really like how we stretched for the first 2 mins and got warmed up before starting the workout. My form is terrible but like I said yesterday Ive never done Pilates or Yoga before. I really enjoy the warrior series and can already tell that I have a strong side and a weak side. There are a few poses where I did have to modify but really did well today. I have to say after completing Les Mills Combat & Focus T-25, PiYo does not feel like a workout and I love that. I was sweating by the end, I got my heart rate up and I didnt feel like I was going to die. I think I have found the workout I have been looking for :)
