Our Character Development Program is showing promising results. Each week we have a word of the week. This weeks word was growth. (body, mind and heart) One child ate twice as many vegetables, another helped out an injured friend, another cleared away all of the dishes after dinner. The list goes on. It is our mission to encourage our teachings into every day life and make Karate not just a sport but a way of life.
