Our College is pleased to have hosted Ms Sachiyo Ito, Mr Yuzuru Matsuoka, and 39 students from Omi Brotherhood Senior High School (Japan) to Singapore and SAJC. Our Saints involved in the annual cultural exchange programme brought the Omi Brotherhood students around the College campus, the Potong Pasir Neighbourhood and hosted dinner at their homes. The Omi Brotherhood students also had the opportunity to have lunch at our Cafe and even attended a Mathematics lecture on the Maclaurin series. On the second day, our Saints brought the Omi Brotherhood students around cultural sights in Singapore. They visited Little India, Chinatown and Kampong Glam. Our Saints shared with the Omi Brotherhood students the rich cultural and historical backgrounds of these ethnic neighbourhoods. The exchange programme ended off with a night of celebrations at a dinner hosted by Omi Brotherhood. We are honoured to be able to host Omi Brotherhood Senior High School students again this year and hope that it will be an annual event for many years to come.
