Our Commitment Engr Obinna Onwubuariri maintain that his commitment to serve is unyielding in and outside office, adding that he was emboldened by the realization of the fact that the endorsement of his candidacy is not about himself but the endorsement of the values of which he is the vessel. I am humbled by the earnestness of my people who sought to persuade me to represent the Okigwe North Constituency in the Federal House of Representatives. In any case, it is in response to the faith and persistence of my people that I eventually accepted to seek candidacy for election into the Federal House of Representatives, to proffer solutions to the contextual yearnings and aspirations of my people. Even so, I entertain no illusion about the task I am about to undertake. I am eager to discuss with my people the serious issues confronting the Okigwe North Project. I am confident that by Gods grace, we will win and bring the required change we all deserve. My confidence is rooted in the belief that most man-made problems can be solved and are eventually solved by man under the inspiration of God. Albeit, inspiration alone does not suffice; it must be combined with the perspiration that exude from hard work and courageous deeds. “I went into politics because I believe that committed purpose-driven servant-leadership can provide my people with the tools that will empower them control over their destinies, impacting the people around us, and by demonstrating a fierce resolve to leave people better than they were when they met me.”.
