Our Constitution of India provides equality to all citizens of India. Let’s see how it is implemented by Govt. and authorities. 1) In Mumbai Rape case where victim was a media personality culprits are arrested within 48 hours charged under strict provisions of law though victim was not a minor, still case is going in right direction and we hope it will reach its logical conclusion at earliest. 2) In Asaram alias Asumal case ( I don’t want to call him Bapu till he is cleared of charges) first Delhi police tried not to register F.I.R. saying that this case has not happened in Delhi despite victim being a minor. 3) After F.I.R. was lodged A respected and reputed Women Leader of B.J.P. gave him clean chit without any investigation purely on his So called sainthood grounds. 4) After getting clean chit from opposition leader he also got support from Ruling party in Rajasthan which is evident from the suspicious slowness of Rajasthan police so that culprit gets time to destroy evidences and can pressurize and terrorize victim and her relatives. 5) After hue and cry from media he was served summons in an application style where Police officers waited for Full eight hours to meet Asaram and then he gave them assurance that he will consider about their summon cum application. This is despite that medical report confirmed the rape. 6) Now Asaram has asked police officials to wait till mid September to have a cup of tea with him. This shows that how cruel can be administration and politicians to a person who has no body to support him. This also shows that despite quarreling like beasts on petty issues the Ruling party and opposition are hand in gloves on this matter.
