Our Day Playground Program or Councilor in Training Program is designed to cure the summer blues! Register the kids up online at salem/Pages/SalemMA_Recreation/index or in person at the Salem Senior Center. We are looking forward to a very exciting and fun summer and hope your kids will be part of the action. DAY PLAYGROUND PROGRAM Age: 6 to 12 years Date: Weekdays, starting July 1 for eight weeks Time: 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Early drop-off and late pick-up times are 7:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., with $5 additional charge per day for each. Fee: $95 per week; $85 for the second child in the immediate family; $75 for each additional child. A $25 deposit for each week is required. Full payment must be received before the start of each session. Place: Forest River Park Counselors blend sports, crafts, music, and discovery projects into a week of fun. Swimming lessons are also offered. Participants should bring lunch and a drink. Snacks will be provided. COUNCILOR IN TRAINING (C.I.T.) Age: 13-16 Date: Weekdays, starting July 1 for eight weeks Time: 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Early drop-off and late pick-up times are 7:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., with $5 additional charge per day for each. Fee: $85.00 per week Place: Forest River Park What is a C.I.T.? For teens who want to learn how to be a super counselor. This summer we are offering the CIT pro-gram for teens ages 13-16. $85 per week. The limit for CITs is four per week. CITs may sign up for any or all weeks.
