Our Dear Friend Ralfi (Ralf Rain) had to have his shoulder amputated this week. You can see his pic further down our page he is a 3 legged dog. His leg was badly shattered by his previous owner and he had his leg amputated and he had a little stump left. Because he is a puppy and full of beans he kept falling down on his stump which caused a melanoma and this degraded to the point where his bone had come through his stump. He has been under constant vet care and in the end the decision to amputate his shoulder had to be made reluctantly by his new mum and dad who didnt want him to have to go through yet another procedure.
