Our Elders have stated that we will not sell nor surrender our Land CANADA is the one who is trying to claim our unceded lands. in recent years, the UN International Convention on the Elimination of Racial Discrimination stated that Canada must eliminate its extinguishment clause but Canada has just renamed it to a termination policy and so Canada continues its unbalanced criteria for land claims for its own benefit, not for Indigenous Peoples Canada bases its so-called sovereignty over our lands upon the racist Doctrine of Discovery, Terra Nullius & Doctrine of Conquer which was made illegal, morally reprehensible by the UN. Canada practices an authoritarian form of government there is nothing democratic nor reflective of respect for the rights of Indigenous peoples self-determination There is no Reconciliation All peoples must Rise up to protect our lands, resources and the People
