Our Entire Clan the Clan Mackey is actually tied to the Ancient Seat and Court of the Kings of Ireland I am finding out more and More that we are of Ancient Celtic Gaelic Nobility and that it was Our Family Our Clan This Includes Everybody and Everyone in this Group. That we are Descendants of the Ancient Bronze Age and Iron Age High Kings of Tara Hill ie the Court of the Kings it is our Family which is the Real Inheritors and Heirs to the Throne of Tara Dating all the way back over 700 B.C. or more. Our ancestors would have been the Early Irish Kings of Ancient Scotland the Sole Founders of the Kingdoms of Argyll and Dalriada going back from the Kingdom of Ulster, Ireland it was our Ancestors who migrated from the Region of Ulster to Scotland creating and Founding the Kingdoms of Argyll and Dalriada. Our clan would have also have gone to the Region of Strathclyde, Scotland in that area Developing a Kingdom there we would have had a Strong Pressence in the area of the Strathclyde region of Scotland as well our Ancestors would have left a Record of them settling their and Ruling over that Area as well.
