Our Facebook Pages are updated by a mix of staff members including our Operational Support Officers, PCSOs and Neighbourhood Constables. These staff members all have Operational Roles to perform alongside Social Media Duties and they cant always answer every message quickly. These pages are to enable us to appeal for information, pass crime prevention messages and for you to ask us non urgent questions. If you need an answer quickly, you wish to complaint about the service you have recieved or you require a Patrol to respond to an ongoing incident we are unable to deal with these requests by Facebook.
