Our First Step Family would like to welcome Lowell Hewett to our team as Director. Lowell has been in Early Childhood Education since 1988. She was a director of a successful childcare center more than triple the size of ours. Lowell has agreed to come on as director to assist us with day to day operations, with obtaining our increased star rating with the state and locating a local tenured director in Stokes County that is a level II director prior to her relocating to Hawaii to be with her family due to the birth of her 1st grandchild in August.
