# Our Friendship Journal Season 12# Epi 12 Season 12# Since the party was over, we went back to the Campus with some of Melzs friends, and we left others behind, Portia and Pat were amongst the ones who were left, Eventually we arrived (it was around 5:00 in the Morning when we arrived) , they dropped us(Vovo and I) at Vovos place and left, went to their place to sleep. We could have gone to my place but i didnt want to awake Peggy as she spent the weekend with her boyfriend. We were so tired from not sleeping such that when we got inside at Vovos room we couldnt do anything, we just locked , threw ourselves on bed and fell asleep. At around past eight savuswa yiknock, Vovo checked , it was Zweli (He looked angry as he came and we just wondered what went wrong since we didnt see him as he refused to go to Melz party.) Vovo : My friend you look terrible whats wrong? Me : …that look does not suit your face.chomam, hee sana wase wangathi uzogqhabhuka nje whatsup? Zweli : I dont believe uba ningene zwabha naphelela kwiskhala sikaMelisizwe. The last time i checked my friends didnt want anything to do with partying , but this……(he paused) …I cant believe yhaz. Vovo : Hay my friend you are not fair ke ngoku, I mean its not like we went clubbing or just partying , That was Melzs party, remember the same Melz is our friends boyfriend incase you forgot. Me : …thats kinda bizarre Zwee…! Zweli : Wait wait guys, dont take this personal, I didnt mean to offend you, thats how i see him. (In the middle of the conversation, his fone rang , he answered , I could see that yayingamphathanga kakuhle tu uVovo le yayithethwe nguZweli. After the call uZweli wacela indlela telling us that , that was one of his homeboys calling and that he will be joining them to Mzolis braai place in Gugulethu, we just let him go and he left even though we were not satisfied with his response on this Melz issue as in Why would he say Melz was not the right man for me , We kept on digesting what he said over and over again trying to make sense out of it, but it didnt make any sense. We have been friends for a very long time with him but it never came to this, Him not liking my boyfriend, worse ndiqala nokuba kwiserious relationship, …We wondered! ) Sasele sesivuka , i went to my place , the house was empty (Peggy was not there.)… Ndayohlamba, , Hardly an hour after taking a bath , Portia and Pat came to my place they looked drunk and tired , you could see that they didnt sleep(For a change this time , No man dropped them, they came on their own as they used a public transport, . ). They just threw themselves on my bed, i continued with what i doing(moisturizing myself) Portia : Uthini na Manyoko, uzibetha nca kuMelz ngoku? (They laughed) Pat : L.O.L, hay chomie mna ndisayifakele izibuko le. Anyway lets hope he bring life into your love life, but I doubt , Ukujola nestudent nje, hay shame its not my portion, O.M.G Where would he start to maintain me nje? (Through their conversation, I could sense that they were up to no good but I just ignore , when i was dressing Peggy came Portia and Pat left coz yayingadibani tu.) Portia: You know what chomie, lets go, I just cant deal…(Baphuma She just ignored them, She greeted, I could see that she was in good mood, I stroke up a conversation , she was really on a good mood, We had a nice chat a ) ……………………
