Our Fun Finder activities for this week! Wednesday, July 31st, • 2 PM Inflatable Slip-N-Slide- Come try out our inflatable water slide on the activities field! • 8:00 PM Family Night- Join us for an evening full of skits, songs, and a devotion! Located at the activities field pavillion. Thursday, August 1st, • 11 AM Inflatable Horse Race- You have heard of the Kentucky Derby, now it’s time for you to experience the Monroe KOA Derby! Join the SummerShiners at the activities field. • 3 PM Cornhole And Ladderball- How’s your aim? Come test your accuracy on our state of the art cornhole boards and Ladderball set behind the waterslide. Pick a partner and come on down. • 7-8 PM Ice Cream Social- Ice cream and toppings! Need we say more? Located at the picnic tables by the store ($2) • 8:30-9:30 Free Family Kampfire- Come join us for a Kampfire full of fun, music, and games. We will provide free marshmallows for roasting. Bring your own s’more fixin’s if you would like! This event will be behind the waterslide in the day use area. Friday, August 2nd, • 10 AM-12 PM Camp Buddy Stuffing- Come stuff and dress a camp buddy starting at $16 and more for accessories. This activity will be held next to the giant chess and store. • 2 PM-4 PM 3 on 3 Basketball Tournament- Bring your best squad out to enjoy our family friendly basketball tournament. All ages can participate and you must have three members to have a team. This event will be held on the basketball court next to the swimming lake. • 6 PM Corsage and Boutonniere Craft- Come and create your prom essentials for tonight’s tacky prom! This craft will be taking place at the picnic tables by the giant chess set behind the store. • 9:30 PM Glow Ride- Enjoy an awesome glow ride then Bring your glow stick over the our 80’s dance party! The Glow ride leaves from the Snack Shack! • 9:00-10:45 PM Tacky Prom Dance Party- Dust off your mom’s old bridesmaid’s dress, air out your dad’s old prom tux, re-fluff those poofy sleeves on that tacky dress in your closet and come on out to the Sumershiner’s Tacky Prom ’13! Dance the night away at the pavilion located next to the activities field. Saturday, August 3rd, • 10 AM-12 PM Tie Dye T-Shirts- Come create your very own tye-dye T-shirt to remember your stay at the Monroe County KOA! This activity will be held next to the giant chess and stored. ($6- Monroe Co. KOA shirts) • 2-4 PM Free Inflatables Fun- Come check out our amazing inflatables. Try your hand at our obstacle course. This activity is for all ages and will be held in the activity field next to the baseball field. (You must wear socks to enter inflatables) • 6 PM Free Wagon Ride- Hop on for a free ride around the campground! Meet us at the Snack Shack! • 7 PM Skit Show- Experience some side splittin’, knee slappin’ , fun family entertainment from your very own SummerShine staffers! Join us at the pavilion next to the activities field! • Free Movie at Dark- Come and experience our state of the art outdoor, inflatable movie screen. Pop and Popcorn will be sold for $1.00! This week’s movie will be Despicable Me. Sunday, August 4th, • 10 AM Devotion and Praise- Come and join the SummerShiners for worship and a devotion. Service will be held in the new pavilion behind the swimming lake.
