Our GAPS foods for this evening and for the next two days; 1) Butternut squash - butter - carrot - white cabbage - olive oil - leek - cinnamon - cardamom - glove - red onion - garlic - ginger - cumin - turmeric - curry casserole. 2) Chicken - butter - turmeric - garlic - curry - red onion - ginger - garlic - cardamom - cumin - cinnamon -olive oil casserole. 3) Saffron - olive oil - basmati rice SLOOOOOOOWLY introduced just for reaction test.....(will discover tomorrow if the timing was right or not). (18% smetana, linseed oil, mushroom/white cabbage sauerkraut, hemp oil and milled linseeds added on plate to avoid heating).
