Our GAPS foods for today and for the next two days; 1) Organic pork - carrot - white cabbage - turmeric - curry leaf/powder - coconut - butter - glove - pink rock salt - olive oil - ginger - cardamom - garlic oven bake. (18 % fat smetana, milled linseeds, sesame,- pumpkin,- and sunflower seeds and linseed oil added on plate to avoid heating). 2) Chicken - pumpkin - carrot - tomato - red onion - garlic - ginger - coconut - glove - pink rock salt - turmeric - curry leaf/powder - white cabbage soup. (Sour cream, milled linseeds, sesame,- pumpkin,- and sunflower seeds added just before eating to avoid heating).
