Our GIVE WHERE YOU LIVE food drive continues today at the San Francisco-Marin Food Bank, located at 900 Pennsylvania Ave. in San Francisco. Ill be doing live reports from the food bank during the 4pm, 5pm, & 6pm newscasts. This is ABC7s 23rd annual food drive in partnership with Bay Area food banks. The need is even greater this year than in previous years. More than 780,000 Bay Area residents are at risk of going hungry each month, so I invite you to join us in our effort fight hunger and serve our neighbors in need. There are so many ways to help. You can donate food or cash to your local food bank; volunteer your time and energy to help the food banks collect and distribute food; or simply text the word FEED to 80077 for a $10 donation.
