Our Intelligence Processing Network thought about this, for a few - TopicsExpress

Our Intelligence Processing Network thought about this, for a few minutes, and came up with an idea that could help prevent this kind of tragedy in the future. As Judge Napolitano has pointed out MANY times, Police all over our country have been paramilitarized in recent years, with SWAT teams for even the smallest police departments. They perform over 50,000 raids a year with them, often harming innocent citizens like this, in the process. So we propose: Ryans Law How about a FEDERAL LAW, passed by Congress - Ryans Law - stating that SWAT teams CANNOT be used in raids, UNTIL AND UNLESS law enforcement authorities are being fired upon from the place being raided?! If you like the idea, please SHARE this and contact your reps in Congress to propose it! The Intelligence Processing Network at The Planetary Bill of Rights Project Headquarters, near Denver.
