Recently, the SPD posted a message for their folks, requesting they check out the Brimfield Police FB Page. The message read: Do you follow the Brimfield Police? Chief Oliver is a no-nonsense, tell it like it is Police Chief with a good sense of humor and strong dedication to his community. With almost 164,000 likes, he is the rock star of police department facebook pages. Like their page, and tell the Chief that Scarborough PD sent you his way. If he ever visits Maine maybe he will remember us and stop by. Cause you know....who doesnt want a photo with a rock star? While we appreciate the kind words, it is widely known that I would far rather be referred to as a Bluegrass Star. I have been known to play a mean air-banjo.
