Our Ladys Tears (Medugorje) Looking at the statue on the holy - TopicsExpress

Our Ladys Tears (Medugorje) Looking at the statue on the holy mountain side. I watch the tears flow freely from our Holy Mothers eyes. The heartbreak that she feels is not for herself, but for the way us humans choose to lead our lives. She pities the old woman Kneeling at her feet praying for her daughter who works on the dark and dreary streets. She pities the old man sitting on the rock, hands covering his face, grieving for his only grandson, found hanging in the loft, she pities the young mother who cradles her baby on her lap, praying her estranged husband will find his own way back. she pities the pilgrims who kneel in front of her each day, forgetting their own troubles, for their love ones they come to pray. She pities the lost souls of this world, why did they not listen to her beloved sons word. She pities the drug dealers for their souls are black with sin from dragging her Innoent children straight to the devils den. The pity she feels for the pilgrims on the holy mountain side does not go unseen for many, many graces are granted to all of them. She pities those looking for a quick fix on the street, if only they could join the pilgrims praying at her feet . She knows if the whole world could join together in prayer just once a day, then God would be free to make our world a better place. Then there would be no more weeping statues,no hatred,no war, or pain,no more tsunamis, earthquakes, floods or storms. No more blaming God for the evil on this earth and no more people knocking Gods Holy Church. So next time you meet a pilgrim on there way home from a Holy place, take time to listen to them,it could be your saving grace, the pity I feel on this Holy mountain today its not for mankind but for our Holy mothers stained face. and the message she has given to this world for the salvation of our souls is all too often ignored for the darkness we have chosen. So anyone who reads this, please read it once again and remember the sacrafice Our Holy Mother made way back then. So let us join together and bow our heads in prayer, and ask Gods forgiveness in the weakness we all share. when we meet our maker, and this we will for sure, the truth will come out about the evil one who lures.. this poem is one of many written by maggie heston/Ahern mothers Whispers breaking the chain poetry and short stories can be ordered @xlibrispublishing.co.uk 0-800-056-3182
