Our MISSION: To use the instrumentality of legislation to better the lives of all people on earth, by championing the inclusion of the provision of basic amenities as a Fundamental Human Right and to protect and encourage biodiversity and clean and sustainable livelihood. Among others, Sir Mike Ejiogu shall specifically try to implement the following projects and programmes within the four-year tenure. 1. YOUTHS: a). Employment: Carryout routine oversight functions and visit companies within the Constituency to ensure compliance with employment laws of the State as applicable. This will provide more jobs for our teaming Youths and secure the jobs of those in employment. b). Run skill Acquisition schemes: Training centre on major areas, Wielding & Fabrication, Author Engineering, Solar panels, Dying, Sewing and hair dressing and revolving soft loans with banks for beneficiaries. c). Scholarship Scheme for 17 Children in Secondary and University Education. d) Sports Competition in Schools and Communities 2. WOMEN: a). Widow Scheme b). SME program 3. SOCIAL BILLS: Propose a Basic Amenities Bill or an Amendment of Chapter 4 of the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria to ensure that basic amenities are captured as fundamental rights to make same mandatory available to the people ie basic Education: Portable water: Road: Electricity and Sanitation. Support and lobby strongly for an end to gas flaring in the Egbema area of Imo State as it will increase our foreign reserve from gas and reduce the cost of gas in our homes.
