Our MTBPS (Medium term budget policy statement) by finance minister Nonhlanhla Nene proved beyond reasonable doubt tht our economy wont sustain itself nor create jobs. Government entities like Eskom & SAA are amongst others tht bankrupt our economy even further, as Eskom alone itll need a R270 billion bailout to keep it afload. Resulting in a state overall deficity of over R820b. Our state need to stop out ths bailing out of its entities as it not only bankrupt the economy but it also kills the competition more visibly in the local airlines where SAA operates. I support the DAs centiments tht all Chines & Indians shops be compelled to issue till slips tht show the amount of tax paid on every item thy sell, as i believe thtll be half the battle won on those cheating tax. The last step will be criminalising public ministers frm owning tenders wch will cut corruption activities by up to R30b. Thereof our economy should be operating on a profit to grow itself
