Pillar 4: Energising government and the polity Demonstrate the system of transparency and accountability that will continue to pursue economic independence alongside our growth and development. We will let the citizens of the state have a right to know how the revenue accruable to the state is spent on a regular basis. In addition, we will give the public five days to review all bills before they are signed into law. Encourage harmonious inter and intra government relationship with other organ and level of governments respectively. Involve our traditional institutions in governance through regular consultations. Develop a robust ICT policy for key developmental sectors in all areas but not limited to: ICT Infrastructure, e-Governance, Legal Issues on ICT, Health Care, Agriculture, Social Welfare, Transportation, Housing, Tourism, Judiciary, Security and State, Regional and International Co-operation and Ensure that our ICT Polytechnics become veritable agents of making the Gateway State the Silicon Valley of Nigeria.
