Our Medusa was supposed to have a home visit tomorrow. They - TopicsExpress

Our Medusa was supposed to have a home visit tomorrow. They contacted us tonight saying that they felt she was going to be too big. She is a lab mix, she wont be a purse dog! We expect her to grow up to be between 55-75 lbs. However, I cannot guarantee that. She might end up only being 35 lbs, she could be 100 lbs. Who knows! I have no idea what they are mixed with except lab. They are not pit bull, that I will say. The girls look pure lab but I know they arent, not with some of the puppies being so floofy. SO.....I am feeling so sorry for this puppy. We were excited until receiving that email about an hour ago. Now, dont get me wrong, I would MUCH rather someone decide prior to adoption that they dont want my puppy (their loss because this is the smartest puppy I have ever had and she is flat out gorgeous and wonderful and perfect and and and). Medusa will be 10 weeks old tomorrow. She weighs 11 lbs. She is working on housebreaking but she is a puppy so nowhere close, she will get there but she needs a family to help her out. She LOVES LOVES LOVES kids. I would love for her to have some of her own but that isnt a requirement. She has been raised with cats and other dogs both big and small. She was bottlefed from birth so has never known anything but affection and tenderness. She is loved, babied, cuddled lots. We want this for her for the rest of her life. We want her to be a family member. We want her to be cherished and loved. We want that to be very soon while she is still a baby and can grow up only ever knowing her forever family. If you think you could give Medusa her forever home, please apply at fightingfordawn. Please share her on your page. Her forever might be your bff, uncle, sister, cousin. You just never know who is looking for this puppy and just doesnt even know it yet. Surprise them, find their furry soul mate! Thanks for being patient and reading my super long post....I had tons more to say but didnt want to lose you. So off you go. Share Medusa. I hope that one day you can say so glad I shared/adopted this pup and helped her find her way to her fairytale ending.
