Our Mission is to stop the epidemic failure of African American Male (AAM) students in OUSD. We will create the systems, structures, and spaces that guarantee success for all AAM students across the district. By using data, we will identify entry points into schools and systems to increase equity, improve cultural competency, and implement practices that support AAM students. We believe all AAM students are extraordinary and deserve a school system that meets their unique and dynamic needs.
