Our Parks and Recreation Department acknowledges the delay in tree limb removal and mowing. We are asking citizens to please remain patient and please remember that the Parks Department only has a four man crew and one chipper truck. The four man crew manages not only ALL the parks, but all mowing on draining ditches and city property, all spraying for all city properties, building maintenance for all city buildings, and many other duties for the entire City. This time of year is very busy for them AND due to the storm last Monday the list is VERY long. We assure you that we are doing the very best that we can to get to all the limbs as soon as possible.
