Our Pork Porchetta dinner feature for this month starts in our kitchen as a pork loin and a pork belly that we season with five different herbs and seasonings. Then we roll the two meats together, tie and oil, then slow roast in our oven for the finished product pictured. We then serve this wonderful meat with fingerling potatoes, roasted broccolini and mushrooms and top it with a delicious sauce. If you have never tried porchetta, it is an amazing treat.
