Our Provider Elohim supplies our every need. The Lord’s Prayer states, Give us this day our daily bread. These words should remind us on how our needs are really met—air to breathe, food to eat, shelter to protect. Not only are our physical needs met but also our spiritual needs—understanding, love, strength, courage and life itself. How does is all this brought to us? By the Grace and Love of Elohim. Uplifting words of prayer and gratitude keep our attention on Him. We need not be concerned about the next day as stated in Matthew 6:26 Behold the fowls of the air: for they sow not, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feedeth them. Are ye not much better than they? Our hearts and minds need to be open to ideas, guidance, and strength that steadily sustains us. Remember not only is He God, Elohim, YHWH, Adonai, Jehovah, He is Jehovah Jireh Our Provider. Thou gavest also thy good spirit to instruct them, and withheldest not thy manna from their mouth, and gavest them water for their thirst.—Nehemiah 9:20
