Our #TrainerTip comes from Coach Rebecca this week. “Practice doing pull-ups with your thumb wrapped around the bar opposite of your four fingers. This increases the torque for pull-ups, toes-to-bar, and bar muscle-ups, which will allow you to stay on the bar longer.” Think of the pull-up bar as your barbell; trying to hold the bar with a “false grip” (or “monkey grip”) won’t last long!
