Although its been a tough few months trying to implement changes and we will never profess to be 100% perfect as no business is or claim to be better than other local garages as we are all just as good as each other, ourselves at Bodytech RepairCentre Padfield have LISTENED looked into all angles of the business operation and addressed and improved aspects whist maintaining others and offering NEW things. We can also be contacted by adding / messaging us on facebook or our email address on our profile picture 2)FREE mobile no obligation estimates and vehicle collection and drop off service for Glossop / High Peak / Tameside and surrounding areas 3) FREE advice re bodywork especially if a customer wants to self prep...we will give guidance. 4) RECOVERY of vehicle from scene off accident or home / work. Where possible this will be FREE as well. 5)Ability to link up with local garages (whom link up and send us their paintwork) to deal with mechanical and tyre repairs if accident has caused such damage. Customer can pick their own mechanic if needed 6)Although we try to avoid unnecessary insurance claims we can now undertake ALL INSURANCE WORK. 7)We are specialists in non fault claims dealing with ALL aspects including INJURY and LOSS of earnings where the FULL amount is paid to customers with NO excess to pay or CLAIMS bonus affected 8) We offer a VARIETY of courtesy cars FREE of charge for general repairs. We have a freelander renault megane fiat stilo and soon a Ford Transit and Toyota Rav 4. For insurance work we can offer like for like or size for size vehicles ALL BRAND NEW (further details on how that operates can be advised at customer request) 9)A Revamped CLEAN and SPACIOUS with work space for two vehicles in prepping area 10)A separate IMPROVED safe dust free spraybooth with NEW lighting to enable all angles of paint to be looked at including UV ensuring any any imperfections can be visible and corrected before it leaves spraybooth 11)Improved and NEW heating system to BAKE cars at a temperature high enough to be safe and dry enough to be returned in UNDER an hour speeding up delivery time of vehicles back to a customer 12)NEW and IMPROVED paint and materials. Now all High quality products to maintain a good long lasting finish on vehicle repairs. (tested past four months and minimal rework now occurs) All stock is ordered in bulk with four delivery timeslots to stop delays on work 13) On site COLOURCHIPS we can now match the correct shade on vehicles to ensure NO colour errors 14)NEW and improved TOOLS and equipment. We have all insurance documents including public liabilty and a proper motor traders policy so customer cars are safe with us 21) onsite washing facility to ensure excess polish is removed. We have contacts with local mobile valetors aswell. Any insurance work undertaken will receive a FREE valet. Whilst 99% of feedback is positive we listen to all ideas afnd suggestions and where one occurrs complaints too.
