Our amazing NEWCASTLE - PORT STEPHENS team had an awesome time at the Australian Arbonne Conference. When I joined Arbonne 3 years ago, there was only 250-400 people attend the Conference, and not many people had heard of Arbonne when you mentioned it. This year there was over 1600 people at the Arbonne Conference. Every 2nd person you mention Arbonne to now, has heard of it and weve only been in Australia for 6 years. Arbonne Australia has grown over 70% in 12 months. WOW! It is amazing to be part of a company with such strength and growth in todays economy. Some of our team members were recognised on stage for the following accolades: Karen Anderson for achieving Area Manager Annie Knox for achieving District Manager Ebony Mitchell for achieving District Manager Well Done Ladies, we are super proud of you and your achievements. I love that we can share this amazing business and duplicate it out and empower women (& men - there were 47 men attend the AAC this year!) to become the best versions of themselves all while earning a fantastic income and some pretty amazing incentives. We heard so many different people speak who are from all different back grounds that have made Regional Vice President and Executive National Vice President - earning anywhere between $10,000 - $50,000 per month, some still doing their full time career and Arbonne as a Plan B and others that have given up their career to do Arbonne full time. They consisted of teachers, lawyers, solicitors, stay at home mums, accountants, financial advisors, gym instructors, yoga instructors, employees from the public sector and the list goes on. Arbonne can be slotted into any part of your life that you wish, the choice is yours. I choose to do Arbonne as a full time career but part time hours. I am an Executive Area Manager on my way to Regional Vice President and I would work on average 4-5 hours per day. My passion is to help others - Which is why I do this business but I am also able to work this business around my husbands business, my 2 children and volunteer at their school, hold a position on the schools Parents and Friends Association and volunteer to organisations for disengaged teenage children. I LOVE what I do!
