Our bodies house our emotions and exercise is a great way to naturally awaken suppressed, sometimes unconscious psychic pain. I had a great emotional release of tears in yoga class tonight via an intense seated deep forward bend called Paschimottanasana which stimulates many muscles & organs, including the solar plexus, which is the center of our gut reactions. Ive also been known to cry at the gym when I do crunches. Funny bunny!
