Our bodies were designed to move. Period. Unfortunately our brains were designed for processing and trying to create efficiency so that we can process more which is detrimental when it comes to the importance of movement. Because if we continue to listen to what our brain is telling many of us, then it will constantly suggest that we just continue to sit to conserve energy. Its a sunny 20+ degrees in Glasgow today. Many of you work in jobs that are trying to destroy your health (90% of people work in jobs that are almost entirely sedentary) ie SITTING all day. Hands up if you got of your ass and went for a walk/run/gym today? If not, please take 9 x 11 (9/11) Chest to Floor Burpees from us. Youre welcome.
